Hellooooo legs

OK, so that stair workout yesterday blew up my quads a bit...I could tell they were starting to get progressively more sore overnight. But I guess I can call it good sore, not debilitatingly sore. Fortunately, today wasn't a hard day...did an hour of steady spin on the trainer this morning and lifted weights later. My HR monitor also seems to have had a blowout, so I had to guesstimate a bit on HR on the bike, but I didn't care since there were no intervals.

Tonight will be watching the Women's NCAA basketball final on TV and being quite happy to watch others run around!
